RINJANI HIKING GUIDES AND TIPS
Trekking Rinjani will be one of the best adventures you will ever have. But it gets hard on the body. It doesn’t require technical climbing skills. However, for a successful climb you should have at a minimum a small backpack; bring a jacket and gloves as it may get chilly up there. Remember proper attire like windproof clothes and appropriate hiking boots or running shoes and headlamp. Also, do not forget your sunblock as you can get sunburn easier the higher you go. Take a look to our Rinjani check list to have a better idea for packing.
Your Rinjani trekking guide and porters will load important camping gear such as tent, sleeping bag, mattress, toilet tent, food & drinks and cooking tools up and down the mountain. You need only bring your own bag. With each backpack varying in size and weight, it would be impossible to estimate how many porters are needed
