Booking and Payment Process

Rinjani Package Booking Process

  1. Find and study our packages, choose which one suits you most, then feel free to email us to  at: hajartrekker@gmail.com or rinjaniplanner@gmail.com for any advice with this.
  2. Choose your dates for trekking package option.
  3. Write us a message containing number of participant, flight, and any of your special inquiries.

Package Payment Method

  1. After making a reservation, we will then inform you amount of deposit required. The fund will be used to pay entrance fees.
  2. Payment can be made through WISE, REVOLUT or any instant bank transfer method to our Bank Account below:

  3. Please confirm your payment via E-mail, phone, or WhatsApp. Then we will send you an invoice or payment receipt as a proof your payment has been received.
  4. Full payment can be done upon your arrival in Lombok such as at the airport or in our base in Senaru.
