Rinjani Explore – a trekking tour to Rinjani crater lake and Hot Spring 3 days 2 nights is designed to let you explore Rinjani rim and the crater lake Segara Anak with its hot springs nearby. The tour begins in Senaru heading up to crater rim 1, the next morning decent down to crater lake visiting some hot springs.
In the late afternoon descend down to camp on the way to Torean Village, stay here for one more night and the last day down to Torean following the trail along the river, valley and rain forest. The trip ends in Torean village.

Explore Rinjani 3 days 2 nights costs USD 245 quoted per person with minimum 2 participants in each trip. The more participant involved to join in a group the cheaper price will be quoted per person and so vice verse. Day 0: Arrival Lombok – Pick up Service
Our driver will pick you up at Lombok International Airport, Bangsal Harbor, Mataram, Senggigi or other areas within Lombok island then drive you directly to our base in Senaru.
Hotel check in, trek briefing explaining rubbish management and safety procedures and discussing any of your expectations. Free and easy. Overnight here.
Day 01: Explore Rinjani Trekking Begins
After an early breakfast we register at the Rinjani Trek Centre in Senaru (601 m) before commencing our trek. The trail initially passes through dense tropical forest.
We stop at Pos 1, Pos 2 and Pos 3, pausing for rest breaks and snacks. At Pos 2 we stop for a longer break for lunch. After lunch we continue the trek to the crater rim. As we climb higher forest is replaced by grassland and the trail becomes increasingly steep.
We camp the night at Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 m) with amazing views of the sunset, Mount Agung in Bali and the Gili Islands, the summit of Mount Rinjani, Lake Segara Anak and Gunung Baru, the small volcanic cone within the crater.
Day 02: Explore Rinjani Crater Lake Segara Anak and Hot Spring (2008m)
After enjoying the sunrise and breakfast we commence our descent into the crater. The trail is steep and rocky and passes through thick forest. We stop for lunch on the shore of Lake Segara Anak (2,000 m) and set up camp. The afternoon can be spent swimming in the hot springs, fishing, exploring the lake shore or simply relaxing. Sleep in a tented camp somewhere in the valley to Torean Village.
Day 03: Completing Program in Torean Village
After breakfast by the lake we retrace our footsteps around the Torean valley and commence our trek down. We pause somewhere for a rest break and snacks. After lunch we continue our descent through the forest. We arrive in Torean in the afternoon, from where you will be transported to your next destination.

The Price Excludes Following Items
- Insurance. The latest regulations (2026) require all climbers to have TRAVEL INSURANCE purchased in their home country or elsewhere. Otherwise, visitors can purchase insurance when booking their Rinjani climbing ticket for IDR 290,000.

- Personal gears such as shoes, flash light, warm jacket, and pants (can be rented on the spot)
Attention: Mount Rinjani National Park has issued a new regulation effective April 1, 2026, requiring all trekkers to purchase insurance due to the challenging trail, which can lead to danger or accidents. Insurance can be purchased from a reputable insurance provider in your country or through a partner of Mount Rinjani National Park for IDR 290,000. Visitors without insurance are not permitted to book entry tickets.
SPECIAL NOTE
This Package requires you to have a good level of fitness and ability to walk long distance. Person with mountain sickness or height phobia are not allowed to join this tour, please consult with your doctor. Please contact us if the participants below 10 years old.
